Case Study: Spray Foam Removal and Loft Insulation Upgrade – 60m²

Our team was appointed to remove approximately 60m² of open-cell spray foam insulation applied to the roofing membrane of a residential property. The project also included the removal of old loft insulation and installation of new Knauf mineral wool insulation to a total depth of 300mm, ensuring compliance with current building regulations.
