What affects the cost of fascia and soffit replacement?
- Property size and linear metres. The more fascia/soffit runs your property has, the more material and labour required.
- Material choice. UPVC is the most popular — low maintenance, long-lasting, and competitively priced. Wood costs less for materials but more for painting and maintenance long-term.
- Existing damage. Rotten rafter tails or fascia boards may need replacing before new UPVC can be fitted. We identify this at survey and include it in the quote.
