Meet & Greet: Arrive at the agreed time to discuss the work schedule with the customer.
Step 2: Roof Tile Removal
Strip Tiles: Carefully remove and either stack tiles on scaffolding or place them in the skip.
Remove Batons and Felt: Remove old batons and roofing felt, and extract nails from rafters.
Step 3: Install Vent Strips and Membrane
Fascia Vents and Support Trays: Fit new fascia vent strips and felt support trays at the eave level.
Membrane and Batons: Install new breathable membrane felt and treated batons.
Step 4: Install Batons and Tiles
Baton and Tile Installation: Fix new batons and tiles as per client specifications.
Ridge and Hip Tiles: Secure ridge tiles, verges, hip tiles, and lead work if necessary.
Step 5: Cleanup and Waste Disposal
Safe Disposal: Properly dispose of all waste and provide a waste carrier’s carrier site.
Clearing: Clean the site thoroughly and remove the scaffolding.
